Description of the Fraud

WorldCom 4 billion dollar scandal occurred after its chief, Bernard Ebbers, asked the company to lend almost $ 400 million to cover margin positions on the companies' shares pledged loans. Exchange rate of the WorldCom shares went down, and its largest shareholder, Bernie Ebbers, began selling his own stocks.
